Kendriya Vidyalaya Bowenpally was established in the year 1987 under defense Sector. The Chairman of Vidyalaya Management Committee is Brig. BRIGADIER RAJDEEP SINGH REEN, Commander, 54 Arty Bde and Col. R P SURYA VANSHI, 161 Med. Regt. is the Nominee Chairman The Vidyalaya is surrounded by green trees and located away from the busy hub of the city , safe and free from all types of pollution.
New building of Vidyalaya is situated in Pension lines, New Bowenpally. Vidyalaya is about 1 KM from Bowenpally Bus Stand. It is 2 section school.
